Pour in diced tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes until slightly thickened. 4.	Make 8 wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until eggs are set. 5.	Toast Sinless sourdough bread. 6.	Serve shakshuka with toasted sourdough on the side.
